Welcome to europaFITNESS. What is it and how can you use it? Probably best to say how I use it:

I have a busy life, and schedule my fitness around my work, and in between, any way I can. But I do schedule it. europaFITNESS allows me to keep track of my fitness life so to speak. How I have designed the site reflects this. The groups for instance, I swim in the morning, and workout in the evening mostly. I have pals that I keep in touch with and hook up to go swimming or workout with. europaFITNESS enables me to do this, simply, and it all revolves around the whole fit thing.
